The Aethersphere

This is the Honey Suckle Tiara, which was made for Princess Mary, the only daughter of Queen Mary (King George V’s wife). It’s absolutely gorgeous, but it really looks as though it was made to be worn low on the head - the fact that it’s not a good style for wearing more fashionably these days may have been part of the reason why it was sold in 1999.
