The Aethersphere

Here’s the Strathmore Rose Tiara, which was a wedding gift to Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. She wore it often in the bandeau style as a young woman, which is why I love it. It’s a beautiful, nature-inspired piece and I hope that some of the younger royals dust it off and bring it out soon! (People speculated that Kate might wear this one for her wedding, but she went with the Cartier Scroll Tiara instead. Still pretty.) The tiara was made around 1900 by Catchpole & Williams.
